Frequently asked questions
Do I need internet?
Reading documents and the basic (on-device) translation work without internet. Internet is needed for sign-in, the first download of language packs, and the “ask for a better one” online translation.
Which languages are supported?
The app interface is available in Hungarian, English and Spanish. The translation source and target languages can be chosen from those supported by Google ML Kit (on-device) and DeepL (online) – dozens of languages, though not every language pair.
Where is my data stored?
Your library, reading position and vocabulary list stay solely on your device. Your account holds only your email, name, plan and credit balance, on EU (Frankfurt) servers. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the Subscriptions menu in the Google Play Store. Cancelling during the trial is free.
How do I delete my account?
In the app via Settings → Account → “Delete account”, or by email. The Account Deletion page describes the steps.
